When you send the form, we keep the details you typed (name, company, email, country, site information, optional checks and message), the country your request came from and your browser type. We use them only to prepare your design and reply to you. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising. We use service providers to host the site, protect the form and measure visits as described below. When a form arrives, our hosting provider's AI service writes a short internal summary of it for Jay, on the same infrastructure that stores the form. The summary is never shown publicly or used to train models.

We use a web analytics service to see how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they come from, so we know which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, your browser and device type, and an approximate location. We have turned off advertising signals and ad personalisation, so this data is not used for advertising. To opt out, install the analytics opt-out browser add-on. We also use a separate web analytics service, which counts visits without cookies.
