A small team, and how it works
Who we are
G2MAX is a small team that covers the whole job: design, integrated equipment supply, delivery on site, then operations and maintenance. You can start with a site and a question about what it can support. As the job moves forward, we work through equipment choices, installation, testing and handover with you. The work continues after switch-on, with support for the people running the facility.
Keeping those stages together means the drawings have to account for how equipment gets to site, how it is installed and how someone will maintain it. We agree the scope and responsibilities with you before each stage starts.
How the work is split
Software assistants do paperwork and legwork. They help with first drafts, research, and checking documents and numbers against our rules. That leaves more time for the questions that need a person to weigh the evidence, ask you for missing information or decide what to recommend.
Every judgement and every approval is Jay's. Nothing goes to a client without a person reading it. A software check can point out a mismatch or a missing input; Jay decides what it means for the job. If something needs confirming, we tell you what we need before treating it as settled. You can ask Jay about the reasoning behind a recommendation.
What you send
Start with four inputs: site, IT load, available power and target date. A map pin or a site boundary helps us understand the location. For IT load, send the capacity or rack count you are working towards. For power, tell us what is available and what you still need to confirm. The target date tells us when you want the facility running.
If an input is missing, say so. Send what you have, and we can identify the questions to work through next. The estimator can help you put the numbers together before you write.
What you get
You get a first answer within days, reviewed by the people who stay on the project. It sets out what we can work from, what needs checking and the next questions for your site. If you want to continue, we agree the next inputs and scope with you.
